TH502: A Theology of Word & Sacrament Term 3 2025-2026

This course maps the close connection between the spoken and the performed Word. Special attention is given to the ways in which the written Word and the sacraments are meant to operate in the life of the church as a means of ongoing, transformative grace. Students evaluate their current church experiences in light of these principles and develop a plan by which they may apply them in their ministry to a local congregation.

Term 3 2025-2026

MIN500: Ministry Placement Term 3 2025-2026

This course is the hands-on ministry component of the Master of Arts (Pastoral Theology). During twelve months of the program, each master's student will invest a minimum of 20 hours per week in an approved ministry, on a paid or volunteer basis. Monthly reflective reports will be submitted to the Program Director. Students who choose to complete the degree in two years may reduce their ministry hours to ten hours per week over two years.
