OTX 1011 - Old Testament Introduction GLR VC Term 3 2022-23
This course will enable the student to gain a clearer understanding of the Old Testament as whole, as well as its parts. Students will gain factual knowledge that can be passed along so that all can better know the God of the Old Testament and share His good news with others. The student will gain knowledge about the structure, content, history, and geography of the Old Testament.

MI 551 - Intercultural Competencies Term 3 2022-23
Intercultural Competencies (MI 551) is designed to help today’s Christ follower live as a competent intercultural communicator in an increasingly diverse world. The course examines and engages in intercultural interactions, investigates strategies for adjusting to and working with people who are of a different ethnicity and/or culture than one’s own. The course will also explore and develops new skills for intercultural communication, including managing and resolving conflict cross-culturally.
TH 502 - A Theology of Word and Sacrament Term 3 2022-23
This course maps the close connection between the spoken and the performed Word. Special attention is given to the ways in which the written Word and the sacraments are meant to operate in the life of the church as a means of ongoing, transformative grace. Students evaluate their current church experiences in light of these principles and develop a plan by which they may apply them in their ministry to a local congregation.
PMX 3031 - Expository Preaching VC Term 3 2022-23
This course provides tools and techniques for biblically-based preaching and provides practice in preparing various types of expository sermons from select scripture passages.
MIX 3011 - Global & Intercultural Ministries VC Term 3 2022-23
This course provides an overview of the history, theology, and practice of cross- cultural mission theory, including local church involvement in cross-cultural ministry.
